Give Permanent Memory to Your AI Agent

claude-mem enables your AI agents to perform cross-session recall. It captures everything that happens in one session, transforms it into meaningful summaries with AI, and delivers relevant context back in the next session. Compatible with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Copilot and OpenCode.

Installation (single command)

Paste this into your AI agent (Claude Code · Codex · Antigravity)

Install Claude-Mem by running 'npx claude-mem install' in the terminal, then restart Claude Code; After that, the memory of previous sessions will be automatically moved to new sessions.
