Gods-eye-view is a spatial intelligence simulator that visualizes real-time satellite data on a browser-based 3D globe. Developed with JavaScript, this open-source project allows users to examine live data on Earth through a photorealistic interface.

## If you don't write code
Help me install the project from https://github.com/bilawalsidhu/gods-eye-view on GitHub to my computer. Explain step-by-step how to obtain a Google Maps API key and how to place it into the .env file. Also, help me with the billing warning and setting a usage quota for the Google key. Finally, start the development server and open it in the browser. I am not a developer; explain every action you take in simple language and always ask for my approval before any step that might cost money.
